I remember this one time during an exam, we had to analyze a text, but I found a spelling error. I called the teacher over saying “This says ‘read’ instead of ‘read’.”
That was over 5 years ago and I still want to become a hermit.
Latin class.
Stopped doing exercises. Stopped doing translations. Stopped paying attention in class.
Grade on translation assignment: 84%
This girl in two of my classes (that she almost never attends anymore) asking me:
“Hey are you free to study for Research Methods today?”
Bare in mind that our midterm isn’t for another month, but we DO have a research paper due next week. A paper where everyone has a DIFFERENT TOPIC.
“You mean for the paper? That’s what I’m doing today, yeah.”
“Okay cool! I’m free after 5, wanna meet in the library?”
Idk about y’all, but 1) I don’t need to “study” for a paper with someone totally irrelevant and 2) She’s probably gonna mooch off my other notes.
So yeah. No. Not finna meet up with her.
Would you believe me if I told you you were the worst thing to happen to me since I came here?
This coming from someone who was .07 points away from getting kicked out of school….
